Jacqueline “Jackie” Meredith is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 14 years of dedicated experience supporting individuals, adolescents (ages 12–18), and families through complex emotional and psychological challenges. Her clinical expertise spans stress and anxiety management, marital and relational conflicts, bipolar mood disorders, and trauma recovery, with a specialized focus on narcissism, sexual assault, and domestic violence.
Jackie’s therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychosomatic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Beyond private practice, Jackie has held pivotal roles at the Domestic and Sexual Violence Center, where she served as Sexual Assault Program Director, coordinated the Sexual Assault Response Team alongside law enforcement and the State Attorney’s office, and managed operations at the Rape Care Center. She is also a Court Certified Expert Witness in cases of domestic and sexual violence. Her broader professional background includes work as an Emergency Screener, Outreach Coordinator, Senior Care Counselor and Career Counselor, Trainer, and Public Assistance Specialist.
Jackie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Campbell University and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. She is currently pursuing advanced certifications in EMDR, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, and Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
Licensed to practice independently in Florida, Jackie offers compassionate, trauma-informed care through secure telehealth sessions.
