Kristina Russ, MSSW, MSCFT, holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Science in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work and Family Science. Her professional background includes work with Survivor Link, a domestic violence program, as well as experience in youth services, residential treatment, couples therapy, family therapy, and trauma-focused care.
She approaches therapy through a systemic lens, recognizing that each individual’s challenges are shaped by their relationships, environment, and life experiences. Her philosophy is to meet clients where they are, honoring their resilience and supporting them in discovering new ways of healing and growth.
She integrates evidence-based practices with a collaborative, compassionate approach to address concerns such as trauma, family conflict, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. Her goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where her clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward the life they envision.
Kristina is certified to practice in Indiana.
